Starting off life on Sharrow Vale Road as 'Thelmas' (named after Emily's grandma), the cafe quickly outgrew its original home and now resides in the beautiful, leafy suburb of Nether Edge under the name 'Homemade by Thelmas'.
Run by Emily Rowley and Becky Furber, the cafe caters for everyones needs, serving up fresh seasonal food for vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters alike. Each day they offer up 5 different exciting salads to accompany the specials and range of deli style sandwiches, bagels and quesadillas. Not to forget the beautiful cakes that are on display, always including a gluten free option so that everybody can enjoy a slice!
As well as the daily offerings, the cafe is open every Friday night for a Bistro evening, offers outdoor catering and is now open on the first Sunday of each month for their all-you-can-eat Sunday Brunch Club!
Every Friday evening Homemade by Thelma's opens as a restaurant to host its Bistro night. The menu changes monthly so you can always enjoy something new and exciting every time you come!
